A good floor starts with proper preparation. Before any boards go down, we check the subfloor for level, moisture and stability. If there are issues - uneven concrete, squeaky floorboards, or old adhesive residue - we deal with them first. Once the subfloor is ready, we lay the appropriate underlay, fit the flooring with tight, clean joints and finish with skirting boards or beading to give a polished look. We also handle door trimming so that everything opens and closes properly over the new floor level.
